HERSHEY, Pa. -- Marcella K. Arline, Senior Vice
President, Chief People Officer, today announced that Andre
Goodlett has joined Hershey Foods Corporation as Senior
Director, Inclusion and Diversity. Goodlett will report
directly to Arline and work closely with the Hershey
Executive Team (HET) to drive inclusion and diversity in a
wide range of areas, including recruitment, development and
retention, education and awareness, community relations,
supplier diversity and cultural events.

Goodlett joins Hershey from the Kellogg Company, where he
served as Associate Director, Staffing and Diversity, with
responsibility for creating and leading staffing and
diversity at its U.S.-based business units. Prior to joining
Kellogg, he was Manager, Corporate Employment at Carolina
Power and Light, and held recruiting and staffing positions
at Innovex, Inc. and Food Lion, Inc. He served as an
artillery officer in the United States Marine Corps from
1983 to 1986.
Goodlett holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from
Davidson College in Davidson, N.C. He and his family will
relocate to the Hershey area.
