RESTON, Va. -- Raytheon Company has named James C.
Mandracchia vice president, integrated supply chain for its
Raytheon Technical Services Company LLC (RTSC) business.
Mandracchia is responsible for RTSC's strategic partnerships,
subcontracting, teaming, purchasing and property organizations,
which acquire more than $600 million annually in materials and
services and oversee more
than $1 billion of government property. He provides
strategic sourcing leadership and guidance and direction for
RTSC's supplier diversity program. Mandracchia will also be a
member of Raytheon's Enterprise Supply Chain Council and will
help architect Raytheon's Integrated Supply Chain
implementation. Prior to this appointment,
Mandracchia was director, information technology (IT) strategy
and planning for RTSC, and a member of the Raytheon IT Strategy
Council. "Jim brings an entrepreneurial
spirit and innovative thought leadership to RTSC," said Bryan J.
Even, a vice president of Raytheon Company and president of RTSC.

business management and strategic initiatives will be invaluable

Prior to joining Raytheon in 2003, Mandracchia was senior vice
president of business development and strategy and a founder of
Exostar LLC. He led Lockheed Martin Corporation's
corporate e-Business strategy and development and was the chief
engineer of Lockheed Integrated Solutions Company. He also
served in a variety of positions during his 10 years at SAIC,
including vice president and division manager, program manager,
director of business development and lead systems engineer.
Mandracchia has more than 27 years of experience in the
aerospace and defense industry. He holds a bachelor's of
science degree in electrical engineering from the University of
